What this is about
Boranacional is an AI travel guide app. We want you to know what happens with information when you use it. We keep things minimal: we do not collect or store your personal data for our own use. What we do use is described below.
Third-party services
The app uses third-party services that may process technical or usage-related data:
- Singular – analytics and attribution. It may receive a unique identifier and usage data to help us understand how the app is used and how it performs.
- OneSignal – push notifications. To send you notifications (e.g. tips or updates), we rely on OneSignal, which uses a unique device or app identifier. You can disable push notifications in your device settings at any time.
These providers have their own privacy policies. We recommend checking Singular and OneSignal documentation if you want details on how they process data.
AI-generated content
Answers and suggestions in the app are generated with the help of text-based AI. The AI does not store your conversations for identification purposes. We do not use your chats to build a profile about you or to sell data.
What we do not do
We do not collect personal data such as your name, email, or phone number through the app for marketing or profiling. Users do not share data with each other through Boranacional; there is no social or user-to-user data exchange. The only identifiers we rely on are non-personal technical identifiers (e.g. a unique app or device ID) for things like analytics and push delivery, not for identifying you as a natural person.
Your choices
You can turn off push notifications in your device settings. If you have questions about what data is used or how to exercise your rights, contact us using the details on the Contacts page.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
